Your Luvia laptop sleeve is made for everyday workdays, coffee runs, and everything in between. ♡ Here’s how to keep it looking its best:
Keeping it clean
For light dirt or stains, gently spot-clean the affected area with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap.
Do not machine wash
Avoid putting your laptop sleeve in the washing machine or dryer, as this may affect its shape, padding, stitching, or hardware.
Air dry only
If the sleeve gets wet, gently pat it dry with a clean towel and leave it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.
Handle with care
Avoid contact with sharp or rough surfaces that may snag or puncture the nylon fabric.
Keep away from harsh chemicals
Do not use bleach, strong detergents, alcohol, or other harsh cleaning products, as these may damage or discolor the fabric.
A little reminder
This laptop sleeve is designed to help protect your laptop from everyday bumps and scratches, but it is not completely impact-proof or waterproof. Please still handle your laptop with care, especially when carrying it outside.
Shipping + Returns
At Luvia, we carefully inspect and pack every order before it leaves our hands. We want you to receive your pieces in the condition they were intended to be.
Because our products are made in limited quantities, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference. Please review the product details, dimensions, and specifications carefully before placing your order.
However, we’re happy to assist if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or significant damage that occurred during shipping.
To request a return or replacement:
- Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Send us your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue, including the packaging if the parcel arrived damaged.
- Please keep the original packaging and the item in its unused, unwashed, and original condition while your request is being reviewed.
If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will coordinate an appropriate alternative with you.
Returns or refunds may not be approved for damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, accidents, alterations, or failure to follow the product's care instructions.
